The Fourth Trimester
Becoming a parent for the first time is filled with all of the newness, uncertainty—it’s one of the biggest changes you’ll ever go through! And if you have older children, your role as a parent will shift with them, too. Plus all of the hormones that come along with this time—emotions are riding high. That’s where postpartum doulas come in to help you process these emotions, provide a kind & listening ear, and a shoulder to lean on if needed. We are also trained to spot postpartum mood disorders and we can refer you to our favorite professionals if this is a part of your experience. We will stay right beside you every step of the way!

EMOTIONAL SUPPORT
Becoming a parent changes everything — and it's okay if that feels overwhelming. The newness, the uncertainty, the hormones, the shifting identity — it's a lot to carry, even when you're full of joy. Your doula is here to help you process all of it without judgment. We listen, we sit with you, we hold space for whatever you're feeling in that moment. We're also trained to recognize signs of postpartum mood disorders, and if that becomes part of your experience, we'll connect you with the right professionals so you're never left navigating it alone.
NEWBORN CARE & EDUCATION
Babies don't come with instruction manuals — but your doula does. We're trained in newborn behavior and care, and we genuinely love sharing what we know with new parents. From soothing techniques and swaddling to infant massage and yes, even those first terrifying fingernail trims, we'll walk you through it all with patience and confidence. Think of us as your favorite newborn care resource, except we're actually in the room with you.
SLEEP
There is nothing quite like a real stretch of sleep when you're in the thick of newborn life. It is genuinely life-changing. During daytime shifts your doula can take over so you can rest, and overnight shifts are built entirely around helping your family get the sleep you need. We can also help you understand newborn sleep patterns and begin building gentle routines that work for your baby and your household.
FEEDING SUPPORT
However you choose to feed your baby, we're in your corner. We support breastfeeding and chestfeeding with practical guidance and encouragement, and we know when to bring in additional lactation support if needed — and we're connected to the best in the area. We can also help you navigate pumping, figure out all those parts, and think through a plan if you're heading back to work. Bottle feeding families, we've got you too.
REFERRALS
Sometimes the best thing we can do is connect you with exactly the right person. Lactation consultant, massage therapist, pelvic floor specialist, pet sitter, lawn care — we've seen it all and we know who to call. Your doula has access to a trusted network of professionals so that whatever you need, we can help you find it.
Postpartum Pricing
GETTING STARTED — 20 Hours $1,000
A gentle introduction to postpartum support. Perfect for families who want a helping hand during the first couple of weeks at home.
BUILDING YOUR FOUNDATION — 40 Hours $2,000
A little more time means a little more room to breathe. This package gives you consistent, reliable support as you settle into your new rhythm as a family.
FULLY SUPPORTED — 80 Hours $4,000
For families who want to feel truly covered during the fourth trimester. With more shifts to work with, we can show up in more ways — more rest, more guidance, more peace of mind.
COMPLETE CARE — 120 Hours $6,000
Our most comprehensive option, designed for families who want to lean all the way in. This is the package for those who know they want deep, sustained support through the entire postpartum season — and they're not afraid to ask for it.
Retainer Fee

A retainer fee of 50% is due in order to reserve services; remaining balances are due at (35 weeks) gestation.
For Postpartum packages, payment plans are available, all payments are due before service is rendered.
